East Coast Swing The original swing dance of the 1930's and 40's. Exuberant and full of youthful energy! Great for rock and roll, too!  Also called jitterbug or lindy.

Salsa  Danced to fast latin music. Salsa is one of the most popular social dances right now.Turns, fancy patterns and hip movement keep the heat turned up!

Night-Club Two-Step Slow and romantic. Danced to contemporary ballads.

Hustle The driving disco partner dance of the 1970's is still alive and kicking. Lots of turns and arm styling, and non-stop action.

Country Two-Step This partner dance is danced progressively around a dance floor.  Quick and sassy!

Waltz A flowing expression of romantic love, the waltz is a classic.
HoopDance Expressing rhythm and movement through the use of an adult-sized hoop. This isn't a toy, but a new dance partner you'll fall in love with. Not just for women! For an idea of what this about, checkout www.hoopgirl.com.
Rumba A slow romantic latin dance. Incorporates hip movement with classy partnership.
Country Waltz Danced progressively, the romantic country waltz travels more directly than ballroom waltz. No stationary box-step here!

Argentine Tango A smoldering close embrace and flashy legwork, danced to the classic music of Buenos Aires.

Foxtrot A classic and useful ballroom dance.  It is as if you are taking a carefree stroll around the dance floor. Dance to standards such as Frank Sinatra or Michael Buble.
Pop Line Dancing Line Dancing without the Yee-haw! Most people think line dancing is only done to country music, but pop or modern line dancing is done to popular tunes, and the flavor of the moves is different.  So if you always thought line dancing looked fun, but aren't into country, this is for you. Or, if you already country line dance and are looking for something new, you'll enjoy this class.
Tribal Fusion Belly Dancing Tribal belly dancing is currently one of the most popular style. It allows groups to dance in sync, even if they have never met, by using a  series of known movements and hand signals. The "fusion" portion comes in at intermediate and advanced levels, with each instructor having their own influence. our instructor fuses hip-hop in with her belly dancing.
